Location: Indonesia Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Indonesia Job Description Team and Role Introduction:

• This Role is Key Account Manager who responsible to manage and grow Grocery, Households & Pet Supplies Top Seller (Market Place Sellers) who can be Importer, Distributor or Retailer.
• KAM handle around 40-45 top sellers.
• as a KAM, this role will work closely with, campaign team, traffic team and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship building with sellers for category products and negotiations with suppliers
• Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
• Prices, plans and arranges merchandise for display.
• Drives sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
• Drives sales growth through campaign and commercial project
• Prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
• Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential

Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Computer proficiency (excel, word, power point is a must)
• Have good Communication and Negotiation skill.
• Good in Collaboration.
• Have a Problem-solving abilities.
